These terms apply to the Saya Browser browser and to this website. By downloading, installing or usingSaya Browser, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Who we are

Saya Browser is developed and maintained by RIOT REVENGER ("we", "us"). You can reach us through GitHub.

2. License

The source code of Saya Browser is released under the MIT license. You may use, copy, modify and distribute it under the conditions of that license, which must be kept with any copy. Chromium, Electron and the other components bundled with Saya Browser are under their own licenses, listed on the Credits page inside the browser (saya://credits).

3. Beta software

Saya Browser is under active development. Current builds are alpha or beta releases and may contain bugs, change without notice, or lose settings. Builds are not code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen may show a warning. Verify the checksum from the release notes before choosing "Run anyway". Please keep a backup of anything important, such as bookmarks.

4. Using Saya Browser

• You are responsible for the websites you visit, the files you download and what you do with them.
• You agree not to use Saya Browser to break the law or to harm other people or systems.
• You may not misrepresent a modified version of Saya Browser as the official one.
• Keep your computer and your Windows account secure. Local data (history, cookies, bookmarks) is readable by anyone with access to your account.

5. Ad blocker and filters

The built-in ad blocker uses filter lists maintained by third parties. Blocking can occasionally break a website, hide content you wanted, or let some ads through. You can pause it for any site. We do not control those lists and are not responsible for their contents or availability.

6. Third-party websites and services

Saya Browser connects you to services we do not own or control: websites, search engines and DNS providers. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Details of what is sent to them are in our Privacy Policy.

7. No warranty

Saya Browser is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, security, or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Browsing the web always carries risk, and no browser can guarantee protection from every threat.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RIOT REVENGER is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or access, arising from the use of or inability to useSaya Browser. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. This website

The content of this website is provided for information about Saya Browser. We may change or remove it at any time. Links to other sites are for convenience and do not mean we endorse them.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as Saya Browser evolves. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continuing to use Saya Browser after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute should first be raised with us so we can try to resolve it informally.
